Consolidation & Shipment Coordination

How do I start working with JCH?
Send us your product list — names, models, reference links or drawings — plus estimated quantity per SKU and key requirements. We reply with a sourcing plan and quotation.
What does it cost?
We offer flexible fee models: commission, flat fee, or hybrid, plus optional inspection. Transparent pricing, confirmed before we start.
Who handles shipping?
We consolidate goods from multiple factories into one shipment (EXW/FOB) and work with your forwarder or our recommended partners. China-side export documents and customs clearance are handled by us.
Can you guarantee quality?
Every order goes through pre-shipment QC: appearance, dimensions, function, packaging and labeling against agreed specs, with photo and video evidence.
What if there is a quality problem?
When factory-caused issues occur, we negotiate with suppliers for remedy, rework or compensation on your behalf — you argue the case with us, not with the factory.
What is the smallest order you accept?
Orders from USD 1,000 are welcome — including trial orders and mixed-SKU batches. Start small and scale as the business grows.
I already have suppliers in China. Can you handle shipping only?
Yes. Send us the supplier and order details — we take over on the China side: pickup, pre-shipment QC, export documents, customs clearance and shipping (EXW/FOB), or delivery to your address for the US and Australia.
Can you deliver to my door?
For the United States and Australia we can quote full delivery — China-side export clearance, international freight and final delivery to your address included.
